When we connect you with a third-party cleaner, that company is solely responsible for the services it provides, including quality, pricing, scheduling, and any damage or disputes. Your agreement for cleaning work is between you and that company.

Our guides and reports are general information for homeowners, not professional, legal, or guaranteed advice. Results vary by carpet, fabric, and situation. Always follow manufacturer guidance and your cleaner's recommendations for your specific items.
Referrals and disclosure
