An honest guide in a confusing market
If you've ever tried to hire a carpet cleaner, you know the problem. One company advertises "$39 whole house," another quotes $400 for the same rooms, and the reviews all blur together. Most homeowners just pick a name and hope for the best.
Carpet Cleaning Report exists to fix that for the North Shore. We're an independent guide, not a cleaning company. We don't own a van or a wand. What we do is study this one trade deeply, carpet, rugs, upholstery, and the rest, and turn it into plain-language advice you can actually use.
Two things we do
We teach. Our free report and growing library of guides walk you through choosing a cleaner, understanding fair pricing, spotting the red flags, and keeping your floors looking new longer. No jargon, no upsell.
We vet. When you're ready to hire, we connect you with a local cleaner we've personally checked out, on reviews, certification, insurance, and real conversations with their past customers. If a company can't clear that bar, we won't send you to them. You can read exactly how that works on our methodology page.
How we stay independent
A recommended cleaner may pay us a referral fee when we introduce you. That keeps the site free and funds the vetting. It never changes our standards and never costs you a penny more. We spell this out plainly in our disclosure, because a guide you can't trust isn't worth reading.
