The "$39 whole house" trap: The rock-bottom ad is a bait-and-switch. The tech "inspects," explains the cheap price only covers a surface spray, and the real cleaning costs three or four times more. A fair price reflects trained technicians, proper equipment, and the time to do it right. Suspiciously cheap isn't a deal.
